Use underwater lights, which come in many different designs and colors, to flaunt your new feature at night. Solar powered eco-lights are excellent during the day and underwater lights are perfect for nighttime use. Natural treatments use them because they emanate a soothing effect which helps to relieve stress as well as anxiety.

The greenery in your backyard is the perfect place to place your water feature. Your pond, artificial river, or fountain is the perfect feature to draw people’s attention. The flexibility of water features is that they can be set up in large backyards as well as in small verandas. The atmosphere can be significantly changed by placing it in the best place and using the right accessories.

The First Modern Outdoor Wall Fountains

Beautifying Rome and making it the worthy capital of the Christian world was at the core of his objectives. In 1453 the Pope commissioned the reconstruction of the Aqua Vergine, an ancient Roman aqueduct which had carried clean drinking water into the city from eight miles away. The ancient Roman custom of marking the entry point of an aqueduct with an imposing celebratory fountain, also known as a mostra, was restored by Nicholas V. The architect Leon Battista Alberti was commissioned by the Pope to construct a wall fountain where we now see the Trevi Fountain. The water which eventually provided the Trevi Fountain as well as the famed baroque fountains in the Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Navona flowed from the modified aqueduct which he had renovated.
