Historic Crete & The Minoans: Fountains
Historic Crete & The Minoans: Fountains Archaeological excavations in Minoan Crete in Greece have revealed several varieties of conduits. These supplied water and eliminated it, including water from waste and storms. The main materials utilized were stone or terracotta. There were terracotta pipes, both circular and rectangle-shaped as well as pathways made from the same materials. There are two good examples of Minoan clay pipes, those with a shortened cone form and a U-shape that haven’t been observed in any culture since that time.
The Use of Outdoor Water Fountains As Water Features

An outdoor wall fountain can be a useful water feature to include in any yard, yoga studio, patio, balcony, or office space. In addition to helping you unwind, both sight and sound are enticed by the comforting sounds of a water feature. With their visibly pleasing shape you can also use them to accentuate the style in your home or other living space. Gently moving water not only results in a feeling of peace, it also masks irksome noises and produces a captivating water show.
